Free Math Tutoring @ Math Lab

The Math Tutoring Center will offer in-person and online math tutoring for Fall 2025. 

Students can walk in at their convenience and receive free math tutoring without appointment. They can study alone or in groups. The Math Tutoring Center is equipped with computers with Microsoft Office, Internet access, and mathematical software.

To use the Math Tutoring Center, students will need to check in at the front desk with a 91������Ƭ�� identification number (SID) is required. 

In-Person Hours of Operation

Monterey Park Campus Hour in Room G5-LL009 (Math Lab)

• Mondays to Thursdays: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM 

• Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Online Hours of Operation

• Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM on zoom

In-Person Services Offered

• “Walk-in” tutoring sessions, when tutors are available.
  • To receive help from a tutor at the lab, please raise your hand and an available tutor will arrive soon to assist you. 
  • Please be patient and wait for the next available tutor.
• Access to computers with Microsoft Office, Internet access, and mathematical software. 

Student Must Haves for Tutoring Sessions

• A list of questions to be addressed during the session.
• When online, be present in an environment with minimal distractions.
